We've worked with WordPress almost excluively for the past 10 years. And we've had enough.

40% of the web runs on WordPress (probably more now...) and every few seconds a website gets hacked. WordPress's inherent 3rd-party developer plugin approach - once it's strength - is now (in our opinion) it's greatest weakness as system updates render plugins out-of-date often on a daily basis, which means you end up with a site full of exploits.

Our new websites are tiny compared to all the needless code-bloat that WordPress carries. We host on Amazon's amazing cloud and run on their Content Delivery Network, which means your website loads seriously fast  anywhere in the world. And don't get us started on security... Amazon's government-grade security is second to none. Enough said.
